Blown Circuit: Explosive Spy Action for Mystery Thriller Fans (#2)

Summarize the book without giving away the ending. The story was about the CIA. Terrorists groups, murder and kidnapping.

Be Good

Be Good - Dakota Madison What I liked. Enjoyed the real life feel. Almost like I was reading about a person and not a figment of someone’s imagination.

What were the main relationships explored in this book? Trust and change.

Favourite location / setting … Brett showing Anna the guest room and telling her he will not sleep with her. Shows he respects her and not interested in just something physical. He is looking for that deeper part in relationships.

Amidst Traffic

Amidst Traffic - Matthew Kovalcik (Photographer) What part would you change in the story, and why? Authors write a book/novel and we as readers try to solve/see the message. There is always a reason for how a book was written. I would not change a thing in Amidst Traffic. Sauret provided a very deep read and I enjoyed it.

What problems does one of the characters have, and how does he or she solve it? The story “The Problem with My Shoes”, Scott believes his shoes are talking to him. He admits himself. But does he ever really come to terms with his talking shoes or is he just imagining it?

How did you feel about the main character? I liked Thomas. Unsure if he should be classified as the main character, but I felt empathy for his home life. He was just a kid trying to get ahead, escape a bad situation, and understand the big meaning of life. I believe he got 2 out of 3 in that.

Our Little Secrets: 1 (Montana Romance)

Our Little Secrets - Merry Farmer If you could continue the story, what events would you include? I personally would not continue the story. Everything was wrapped up nicely and all characters seemed at peace during the final chapter.

Is the plot well-developed? Most of this story is well developed. However, I do not believe people would be able to overlook a character like Phineas or a very forward female like Charlie.

List the places mentioned in the book. Chicago, Cold Springs, Montana, Philly, St. Louis, the bank, general store, hotel

The Italian Connection 1 (Dojo Boys, #4)

The Italian Connection 1 (Dojo Boys, #4) - Alex A. Akira Share a quote or two from the book. Not exactly a spoken out loud quote but I enjoyed reading this. Julian sees the person robbing him and believes he is being robbed by a woman.

Pipe down, he murmured to himself, it’s a woman for chrissakes...

Share a favorite scene from the book. The trust Gabriella showed in Philipee/Philip. Unusual to find in real life but worked perfect for the scene when she was showing Philip the apartment.

What did the title have to do with the book? The title is really unclear to me. I understand the Italian Connection part but Dojo Boys is something I am still trying to figure out. I must have missed the full meaning in the story.

The Mountain City Bronzes

The Mountain City Bronzes - Madeleine McLaughlin What lesson did you learn from the story? Nothing is ever as it seems including people. Because of our age, background and experience, we see things differently at one time and years later this seems different.

What part would you change in the story, and why? I would include Kevin’s mother or his father’s name.

Sleeper's Run

Sleeper's Run - Henry Mosquera What do you think will be your lasting impression of this book? How Eric was betrayed. Wonder how many governments actually do this to citizens.

Did you like the way the book ended? Totally loved the ending. It was a cross between Jason Bourne and the Manchurian Candidate.

What did you think of the cover? Cover was simple but told readers so much. The red and black contrast were also meaningful and made sense once you've started to understand the story.

Dark Side of Sunset Pointe - A Lance Underphal Mystery - Michael Allan Scott Would you recommend it? I have already recommended this book to several friends.

Consider the main character: what does he or she believe in? Lance believes in justice. He wants crimes solved and goes to any length he can to do so.

Using information from the book, rewrite the ending of the book. I would have had Sondra and her girlfriend get away from the business, as they planned.

Ghost Leopard: A Zoe & Zak Adventure (Volume 1)

Zoe & Zak and the Ghost Leopard - Lars Guignard What do you think will be your lasting impression of this book? How Zoe and Zak allowed the leopard to stay hidden. They were truly creative and I loved how the author conveyed this.

Which character could you relate to best? I relate to Zoe the best. She is quirky and yet lovable at the same time.

What are the most revealing scenes? Loved the scene with the elephant blowing snot all over Zak's head. I could so picture that. My other favourite scene was when they met face to face with the leopard.

What would the main character be likely to do if s/he visited? Zoe would explain why she didn't take a picture of the leopard

Here Among Us - Maggie Harryman What problems does one of the characters have, and how does he or she solve it? Flynn drinks entirely to much. She lets Michael into her life and this is where the author develops a somewhat colourful relationship.

Where did the story take place? Takes place in California. Although several places are mentioned, most of the story revolves around the bar.

List the places mentioned in the book. San Francisco - New Jersey - India - New York - Oshea's Bar, Sonoma County -Flood's Creamery - Europe - Atlantic City - Hurrah's - South Orange - Gleason's Hardware -Home Depot - Washington and Kearney

Bad Traffick: A Leine Basso Novel (Leine Basso Series) (Volume 2)

Bad Traffick - D.V. Berkom How did the main character feel during the book? She was serious about protecting Miles from any harm

If you could continue the story, what events would you include? I would have had Leine find the other missing child. The story seemed unfinished otherwise.

What problems does one of the characters have, and how does he or she solve it? Leine was a body guard for Miles. She later searched for a missing child.

Disclosure: I received a review copy of this book from the author.
Primal - D.A. Serra What was the author's purpose or purposes in writing this book? To create a spell binding book for anyone to read.

What did the title have to do with the book? It was about survival. It pulled strength from deep inside Alison. Strength that she never knew she had.

List the places mentioned in the book. Hills Harbor School / First National Bank / Miami Brinks / Community Hospital / Grayley / Walmart / Lenny BBQ /Eiffel Tower /Guava /Dunkin Donuts / Super Cuts / Merriweather's Gun Shop / Citi Bank / McDonalds / Star Bucks / Lake Superior

In your own words how did the setting of the story make it more interesting. The woods always make chase scenes better.

Untimed

Untimed - Andy Gavin How would the book have been different if it had taken place in a different time or place? The book needed to jump back in forth in time, because that was what the book was centered around. Wouldn't have been as good, if the places and events were different.

Make a list of facts you learned from the story. Boys could only go forward and girls could only travel back. Charlie's aunt and dad were travellers, as well. Billy was adopted by Ben Franlkin and his name become William. Dancer was a boxer. Tocks were machines.

List the characters and describe them. Charlie was about 15. Tall and thin. He was from London. Yvaine was a young girl with a baby named Billy. She was a thief. Charlie, Yvaine, Sophie and Charlie’s dad are all time travellers. Tick Tocks are mechanical killing machines. I learned where Ben Franklin's son came from.

If your book was a mystery, tell what the mystery was and how it was solved. It wasn't really a mystery. More just plain fiction.
